A story of fatalism and ignorance, Sasruquo the Nart Warrior believes himself to be cursed with tragedy. An encounter with an eagle of enlightenment, the chosen motif in this piece, is squandered by the egocentric Sasruquo.

The contrast between destiny and choice, ignorance and awareness, highlights an frequently misconstrued element of life.
